Job description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
  • Prepare quarterly sales and purchases report
  • Process clients invoices as per requirements
  • Prepare purchase order thru ERP
  • Follow up invoices and payments internally + externally
  • Updating ERP with all accountants related
  • Schedule contracts invoices and payments.
  • Review Payroll.
  • Preparing budget reports and forecast revenues
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
  • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
  • Ensure compliance with the law
  • All other functions under Financial and Accountant department requested by the GM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in accounting
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
  • Experience with ERP Systems
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
