Exceptional design meets contemporary comfort at voco Riyadh. We’re on King Fahad Road at the heart of the city’s booming business district. Only 30 minutes from King Khalid International Airport. Opposite the Ministry of Interior, and steps away from other government offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing petty cash disbursements in accordance with Hotel policy.
2. Remain easily reachable for team members to make change and pickup due back requests.
3. Miscellaneous items as determined by Director of Finance.
4. Prepare bank drop sheets and deposit the cash in the bank accompanied by security in accordance to safety rules and SOP’s.
5. Maintain the Cash Receipt Journal spreadsheet.
6. Prepare manual checks or advance payment requests as needed or required.
7. Collect all cash/cheque collections of the hotel from front office drop safe on a daily basis and ensure all monies are deposited in hotel bank account in accordance with the policies and procedures laid down by the Hotel.

Requirements:

1. College degree preferred in Finance.
2. 2 Years of experience with cashiering.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems.
4. This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
