The Account Manager Corporate (IBT + Groups) will be based in Riyadh and will identify, manage, and grow the highest value and largest potential accounts for Hilton worldwide in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role will focus on managing these accounts on local, national, international, and global levels where relevant. The Account Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of major Government Accounts to exceed short and long-term revenue targets for Hilton in the Middle East and abroad.


The Account Manager Corporate (IBT + Groups) role will work within the HWS KSA & Bahrain Team. They will develop and maintain relationships with key CORPORATE and MICE Accounts, such as wholesalers and tour operators, to exceed short and long-term revenue goals for Hilton worldwide.


Supportive Functions

In addition to essential duties, the role may include:

  1. Regular communication with hotels to ensure productive meetings and cross-referencing customer information.
  2. Attendance at sales workshops.
  3. Support during sales weeks and blitzes.
  4. Support joint calls for colleagues.
  5. Organize familiarization trips and support hotel clients’ attendance.
  6. Host WebEx calls for key hotels to support conversion.
  7. Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including presentation, writing, and public speaking. Good understanding of sales processes, tools, measurements, and systems. Knowledge of the group, meetings, and events market, including RFP processes and pricing strategies. Understanding of competition and marketing strategies. Strong account management skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze departmental financial data for strategic decisions. Leadership to resolve conflicts, implement change, and promote collaboration. Ethical behavior and discretion with sensitive information. Initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement actions to achieve functional goals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prevent and address issues collaboratively. Ability to mentor and provide feedback to others. Ability to work independently and manage the work of others. Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks. Minimum Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience. Significant experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating roles, especially in the Group, Meetings, and Events segment. Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Flexibility to travel.
