At Genesys, our success is driven by the talent and passion of our people. We are seeking a Account Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia, specializing in Key Accounts. This role is critical in managing and expanding relationships with some of our most strategic customers. As a consultative sales professional, you will drive revenue growth, attract new business, and strengthen partnerships by aligning customer goals with innovative Genesys cloud-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for key accounts to drive growth and long-term customer success.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and position Genesys Cloud solutions effectively.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and contract closures.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:


  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within CCaaS, CX, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in selling to large enterprise and key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
