AC Technician - Al Hokair

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for our Entertainment properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in our Entertainment properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with AC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all AC systems are functioning efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Order and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with other technicians and property managers to schedule repairs and installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid AC Technician certification or license preferred.
• Candidate must have a transferable Iqama.
