Job Description

• Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all types of A/C work.
• Record and analyze operating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works.
• Responsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arises.
• Carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment according to the standards and requirements.
• Perform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work.
• Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Attend to complaints from hotel guests and other departments.
• Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an AC Technician with trade license, certification, or diploma in HVAC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AC systems and refrigeration equipment, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and adapt to hot climates.
• Proficiency in digital maintenance logging tools and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Team player able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Aspects Of Position

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.

Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
