Job Description
Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all types of A/C work.
Record and analyze operating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works.
Responsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arises.
Carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment according to the standards and requirements.
Perform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work.
Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organized.
Attend to complaints from hotel guests and other departments.
Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience as an AC Technician with trade license, certification, or diploma in HVAC.
Comprehensive knowledge of AC systems and refrigeration equipment, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and adapt to hot climates.
Proficiency in digital maintenance logging tools and familiarity with safety protocols.
Team player able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
