A 3D Artist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The 3D Artist will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations of construction projects to support architectural, engineering, and design teams. This role involves translating project specifications into realistic and detailed 3D representations that showcase design concepts, aid in project planning, and enhance client presentations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
2. Experience as an Interior Designer is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in 3D Max with the Corona rendering system is essential.
4. Skills in both interior and exterior modeling, with a strong understanding of lighting, material properties, and fine detailing.
5. Skills in applying textures, adjusting lighting, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
6. Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models with a strong sense of design, detail, color, and composition.
