2025 KSA Finesse Finance Graduate Programme

Imagine this: not just one, but TWO thrilling 12-month placements in 2 different hotels across KSA (year 1 placement locations include: Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence, Makkah Cluster, Hilton Jeddah and Hilton Garden Inn / DoubleTree Financial District Cluster Riyadh. Year 2 placement locations will be confirmed at a later date.) followed by a hands-on 12-month finance role in year 3 at an iconic Hotel in KSA. That's a breath-taking 36-month journey where you'll immerse yourself in the world of finance, gaining comprehensive experience in all the major finance functions, supporting you in fast-tracking you to a finance leadership role within 5 - 7 years.

• KSA exposure: Two 12-month placements in two different hotels within KSA.

• Personal Mentor: Benefit from a one-to-one mentor, ensuring your progress is nurtured with regular feedback.
• Globally recognised CIMA Professional Finance qualification: This is a highly regarded professional qualification with global recognition in the Finance profession. This process will be supported by Hilton in terms of both funding and learning support. The CIMA qualification typically takes 3 years to complete, so this will be completed alongside your first two placements and your year 3 finance role with us.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, possess a strong drive, commitment, and flexibility across KSA.

To be considered, you should have:

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Hospitality or Business.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• You must be a Saudi national.
• Full mobility across KSA, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton for both placements.
• The desire to become a financial leader.
• The appetite to manage the demands of studying towards your CIMA qualification alongside a full-time role.
• Availability to start full-time employment as of September 2025.
