We are seeking a passionate and innovative leader to drive the technical development of emissions and efficiency for HORSE's hybrid propulsion systems. In this role, you will shape our technical policy, oversee innovation projects, and develop essential tools while collaborating with the team to guide technical decisions.

What you will do

  1. Shape and Innovate: Understand our hybrid engine positioning and drive emissions and fuel efficiency advancements.
  2. Achieve Excellence: Contribute to quality, cost, and schedule targets while formalizing essential processes.
  3. Develop Tools: Create and utilize cutting-edge calculation and measurement tools.
  4. Support and Resolve: Assist Customer Performance Pilots with documents, tools, and problem-solving.
  5. Communicate Progress: Share development updates and collaborate on innovative solutions.

What we are looking for

  1. Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineer. A Master's degree in efficiency/emissions of hybrid engines (environment/decontamination) will be highly valued.
  2. Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in calibration or analysis of perimeter emission and/or efficiency of hybrid engines.

- Analysis and/or realization of emission/efficiency testing of hybrid engines.

- Highly valued: calibration tasks of emission/efficiency for engine control units and analysis of tests to confirm emissions and efficiency targets.

  1. Languages: High level of spoken and written English; French is a plus.
  2. Softskills: Eager to learn and progress, professionalism and thoroughness, taste for a job well done, high degree of autonomy and initiative, and teamwork.
