We are looking for someone to lead systems development in hybrid battery projects, act as the key engineer for the industrialization division, ensure system development success by meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements, define project-specific requirements, lead system integration and validation, and coordinate validation progress, reporting updates to the project team

What you will do

  • Lead systems development within hybrid battery projects.
  • Act as the key system engineer and entry point for the industrialization division.
  • Ensure the success of system development, meeting quality, cost, and time requirements, while maintaining coherence between systems.
  • Define project-specific requirements and lead system integration, validation, and functional safety plans from concept freeze to mass production.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of systems validation.
  • Report and update the project team, ensuring consistency and alignment across systems.

What we are looking for

  • Seniority: Starting from 3 years of experience
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering. Preferably a Master’s degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering or a generalist in mechanics with a specialization in electronics
  • Minimum Experience: System engineer activity. Preferably System engineer activity related to automotive or similar industries. Experience in engineering requirements management (DOORS, MagicDraw). Experience in modeling languages (SysML) and big data.
  • Languages: English.
