Project Manager

SOC-E is a worldwide leading supplier of Ethernet communication solutions based on FPGA.
Our technology has been applied in more than 100 projects worldwide in very different applications for the Electric, Defence and Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive and Space sectors.
These projects have made us a strategic technology partner for the worldwide Prime contractors in these sectors.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will take over the project once the sales team has closed the deal with the client, participating in the contractual conditions negotiation phase and leading after-sale phases of planning, management, and monitoring of the project, with direct dialogue with the clients and the different technical areas of the company.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

1. Collaboration with the client both in the definition of the project design at a technical level and in the development and delivery processes.
2. Planning, management, monitoring and control of project deadlines, in collaboration with those responsible.
3. Coordination of the resources used in all phases, optimizing them for the benefit of the profitability of the project.
4. Situational decision making, identification of failures and adoption of relevant solutions.
5. Ensuring the quality and delivery of projects in accordance with the defined budget and planning.
6. Elaboration of control plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Telecommunications engineer / Electronic engineer.
2. Experience in a project management role.
3. Strong customer orientation.
4. Good time management skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Good analytic skills.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
8. Knowledge of network protocols.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
