We are looking for someone to lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.

What you will do

  • Lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.
  • Manage the design, development, and validation of engine hardware, software, and calibrations.
  • Oversee industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.
  • Ensure effective management of activities related to design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance

What we are looking for

  • Seniority: At least 10 years of experience
  • Education: Engineering Degree, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • Experience: At least 10 years, preferably in PWT tuning and PWT software/system
  • Languages: English, French highly appreciated
  • Skills: Technical experience in engine software/calibration and design, project management, economic management (CAPEX, OPEX), decision-making reports, multicultural teamwork, analysis and synthesis, proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, negotiation, leadership
