JOB DUTIES:

• The candidate should deliver what the customer has requested at the right time and place.
• Launch productions orders, considering the levels of stock and the orders of the customers.
• Review all the original documents to make sure they follow the customs procedures.
• Follow-up with the different suppliers in Asia and Europe to arrange and combine the merchandises to reduce the logistics costs.
• Stock control of the different factories.
• Coordinate with our transport suppliers and our factories the pickup date and pick up time.
• Quote transport operations of road freight (FTL, LTL), sea freight (LCL, FCL) and airfreight.
• Update all the stocks and items according to the policy of the company and the agreements with our customers.
• Review of the customs declaration, taxes, duties, etc. before the final emission.
• Register in Neurored / Salesforce the full costs of each operation.
• Give support to other departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Master or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of Foreign Trade.
• Other languages will be highly appreciated.
