Tasks

1. Manage leads in our in-house CRM.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with national and international clients.
3. Carry out visits to the properties.
4. Participate in negotiations between owners and buyers.
5. Provide support and consultancy to clients.
6. Ensure that Luxinmo's image and work ethic is followed at all times.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize all property acquisition and sales processes.

Requirements

1. Proven Real Estate Experience.
2. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
3. Sales acumen with a profound desire to sell and exceptional negotiation skills.
