Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and looking for a dynamic role? Our client, a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, is on the hunt for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to join their team in Barcelona, Spain.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Efficiently handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or automated alerts.
  • Log call details into the call management system to guarantee responses and resolutions are provided promptly, adhering to the agreed-upon SLA.
  • Stay informed about the latest services and products, especially those customized for individual customer needs.
  • Promptly escalate service issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Follow all project processes and procedures meticulously.
  • Comply with the contractual SLA requirements.
  • Provide coverage for absent colleagues, whether in the same team or across different teams.
  • Work collaboratively on special projects as needed.
  • Manage administrative duties, including tracking of holidays, sickness, and overtime.
  • Engage actively in regular team meetings.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management to ensure service excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Professional fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written, and proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level are required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience is necessary.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with electric vehicles are advantageous.
  • Competence with IT platforms and applications, such as Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration, is essential.
  • A strong inclination towards customer service roles, excellent customer care abilities, including active listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Capacity to manage calls effectively, resolving or escalating issues as needed, are also important.
