Department: Logistics

JOB DUTIES:

1. The candidate should deliver what the customer has requested at the right time and place.
2. Launch production orders, considering the levels of stock and the orders of the customers.
3. Review all the original documents to make sure they follow the customs procedures.
4. Follow up with the different suppliers in Asia and Europe to arrange and combine the merchandises to reduce the logistics costs.
5. Stock control of the different factories.
6. Coordinate with our transport suppliers and our factories the pickup date and pick up time.
7. Quote transport operations of road freight (FTL, LTL), sea freight (LCL, FCL), and airfreight.
8. Update all the stocks and items according to the policy of the company and the agreements with our customers.
9. Review of the customs declaration, taxes, duties, etc. before the final emission.
10. Register in Neurored / Salesforce the full costs of each operation.
11. Give support to other departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Master or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
2. Good knowledge of Foreign Trade.
3. Other languages will be highly appreciated.
