Job Description:

The Life Science Career Network– CTC are specialised industry experts who can help companies source the best talent and provide reliable HR and consulting services.

For our client, a leading MedTech company in the Grisons area, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and perform service visits with end users according to regional responsibility.
  • Carry out installations, annual preventive maintenance service, repair service and corrective actions at the end customer.
  • Perform electrical safety tests according to EN62353.
  • Record customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaint management system.
  • Liaise with back office and sales department.
  • Provide technical training to users as required.
  • Carry out stock takes and maintain car stock/inventory accurately.
  • Act as company ambassador when visiting customers.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is submitted to the end customer and supervisor on time and accurately.
  • Give technical support to sales/marketing teams in activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering with strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience in comparable roles.
  • Technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics and/or biomedical engineering and related experience in field-support and technical service activities an advantage.
  • Proven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
  • High customer focus and service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and tactfully.
  • Solid experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners as well as understanding customer needs.
  • Good computer literacy, standard operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with complaint management systems an advantage.
  • Natural persuasiveness and good presentation skills combined with a proactive service attitude.
  • Experience with clinical workflows and processes would be advantageous.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Speaks/writes/reads English and German (fluent or native speaker), other languages an advantage.
