Strategic Buyer with additional function Key User IT Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone to join our team with immediate effect:

Your tasks

  • Assumption of purchasing responsibility for overall supplier management with regard to sustainability, ESG, LkSG and defined product groups in the area of recycling and disposal
  • Procurement market research and definition of purchasing-relevant requirements at national and international level
  • Carrying out the semi-annual METZ supplier evaluation and participating in supplier visits and supplier audits
  • Optimizing the supplier platform, conducting price, conditions and quantity negotiations and concluding contracts with international suppliers with regard to price, quality and supply aspects
  • Taking over the internal key user function for our IT systems in Purchasing
  • Collaboration in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies in the respective product groups for which you are responsible
  • Supporting the purchasing team and controlling/reporting, including preparing evaluations and statistics

Your profile

  • Completed technical or business studies or alternatively technical or commercial vocational training
  • Ideally experience in dealing with ERP systems and a high degree of affinity for numbers and IT systems
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured way of working, confident demeanor and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
