At Novartis, we are reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives. As a member of the laboratory team, you will generate physical/mechanical/functionality analytical data to characterize and assess quality and stability of our vials, syringes, autoinjectors, etc. and respective drug-device combination products. You will contribute to data assessments with project teams, to out-of-spec investigations and method improvements. The laboratory is located in Schaftenau, Tirol, Austria, a vibrant site with both development and manufacturing of a broad range of Novartis portfolio.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position, the minimum salary is €46,305.00 /year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
