Product Quality Engineer, m/f/d (100%)

You support the product management and are responsible for the definition of all quality-relevant requirements for new as well as existing products.

YOUR CHALLENGES

1. Coordination and processing of customer complaints
2. Quality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects, in particular breaking down customer requirements into quality plans, monitoring O-plan elements (in process check, initial sample inspections, traceability, Q-evidence documents, etc.)
3. Responsible for the execution of D-FMEA
4. Support in P-FMEA
5. Support in change requests
6. Execution of internal and external audits
7. Execution of quality training
8. Further development and improvement of processes
9. Support product management during customer visits and customer audits

1. Completed education as a quality specialist / quality manager
2. Bachelor degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
3. Basic technical education with solid work experience
4. Several years of experience in quality management, customer complaints and advance quality planning
5. Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.
6. Systematic, methodical and solution-oriented approach to work
7. High grade of independence
8. Willingness to expand knowledge
9. Ability to work in a team
10. Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
11. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
