Your Role

As part of our team, you will collaborate with highly qualified professionals including software developers, business economists, lawyers, and designers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with individuals to ensure an authentic LinkedIn presence.
• Develop individual content and branding strategies to position profile owners as recognized experts.
• Prepare engaging, media-friendly content for LinkedIn.
• Manage community interactions to ensure coherent communication.
• Generate creative ideas for visual content in collaboration with the creative team.
• Strategically expand reach through growth hacking and networking.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably focusing on social media (especially LinkedIn).
• Strategic thinking to provide actionable recommendations.
• Empathy to understand individual needs.
• Enjoyment of research and content preparation.
• A keen eye for attention-grabbing visuals and media formats.
• Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English.
