Then come and join our global team as Strategic Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Customer and Commercial Excellence EMEA

and act as interface between our global business units and the zones in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) with the aim of harmonizing global initiatives with zone-specific requirements.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is to be filled for a limited period of 12 months.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You enrich our team as a Strategic Marketing Manager by rolling out strategic go-to-market activities, such as those related to growth vectors like Comprehensive Cancer Care, with zone representatives.
  • You identify the requirements of the zones and initiate and drive projects to address these needs, such as developing new training content and supporting the execution of these trainings.
  • You independently orchestrate and support pilot projects, for example in the area of digital marketing, and assist the zones with your expertise in scaling new, market-relevant offerings.
  • You conduct market analyses and competitive research.
  • You work closely with your colleagues in the strategy team to prepare important management presentations and lead your part in the creation of the monthly reporting.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, medicine, or another relevant field.
  • You are eager to bring your expertise from many years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or consulting in the healthcare industry.
  • You have successfully managed customer-oriented marketing and sales projects within a complex corporate structure.
  • You understand the key trends in healthcare and are well-acquainted with the healthcare system of one or more countries in the EMEA region.
  • You stand out with very solid experience in the CRM environment and related processes (marketing mix, launch, sales operations, price book, ...).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in marketing oncology products.

  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English proficiency, enabling you to communicate effortlessly and on equal footing in an international environment with diverse business areas, cultures, and leadership levels.
  • You are distinguished by your strong commercial awareness, which shapes your understanding of new, innovative business models.
  • We win together: You build strong connections with the zones and within the headquarters and are highly motivated to work in interdisciplinary teams. Your high interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation assist you in this.
  • You impress us with your ability to break down complex topics and present them visually in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Due to your quick comprehension, you can recognize fundamental relationships, derive appropriate action recommendations, and proactively advance strategic topics.
  • You excel with strategic thinking and are a creative mind, meaning you can work with facts and data but also have an open mindset for unconventional ideas and can inspire others with them.
