Head of Customer Service & Support (CSS)
The aim of your role is to configure and deploy of EOLOGIX-PING systems (remote), as well as professionally handle support requests (1st level).
You will have direct contact with international customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth operation of the installed systems.
Depending on the need, you will alternate between working on-site at the office or remotely. Occasionally, you may also be deployed internationally to a wind farm.
The annual gross salary for this position is EUR 44,800 (38.5 hours, excluding overtime). We will determine your actual salary together based on your qualifications and professional experience.
