About Our Client

A leading software solutions provider for banks and trading desks, with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Trade Finance Solution Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping global sales strategies and managing customer relationships, reporting directly to both the Board of Directors and the Management Team.

Job Description

Delivery and Coordination:

• Deliver contracts to the customer base.
• Manage overall resource planning and time management by liaising with the Development team and the Testing team.
• Coordinate project setups, assigning roles in alignment with the relevant multifunctional team.
• Manage work and time effectively within the scope of attributed projects, ensuring alignment with defined goals.
• Allocate and plan tasks across all units under supervision.
• Conduct user training for allocated projects and provide coaching for other team members from a business banking perspective.
• Lead the testing of new releases and ensure alignment with the functional roadmap.

Business Development:

• Showcase product demonstrations to business leads.
• Take full ownership of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Coordinate the Sales Roadshow plan and prospecting strategy for regions including Europe, MENA, and the US, setting financial targets with the Business Development (BD) team.
• Organize and manage event participation, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Oversee pricing policy coordination.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in product ownership, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. Experience in Trade Finance would be key.
• The ideal profile may also have a solid experience in a RM or Back/Middle office role within a Bank.
• Strong project management and planning skills, with experience supervising cross-functional teams and validating deliverable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex projects and provide actionable insights through business cases and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with evolving regulatory and legal landscapes affecting banking operations.
• Fluent in French and English.
