Contract Type: Full-time, renewable annually

Start Date: 17th of March 2025

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform integrity and compliance. This is a back-office position with no direct interaction with users. Your main tasks include:

1. Reviewing flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.
2. Deciding whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.
3. Ensuring legal requests are handled in line with regulations.
4. Working within defined turnaround times and maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Profile

1. Language Skills: Minimum C1 German & B2 English
2. Education: High school diploma or higher
3. No prior experience required; up to 1 year of experience in content moderation is a plus
4. Eligibility to work full-time in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card / Certificate of Protection issued after March 2022)
