What You Will Enjoy Doing

Roll-out of NEXT, ALPLA's Operational Excellence Program in the region, including:

• Implementation of new management tools and standards
• Preparation and tracking of improvement projects
• Preparation and moderation of OPEX assessment

Support budgeting on Regional as well as on plant Level with coverage of:

• KPI planning
• Capacity and resource planning
• Investment planning

Execute Trainings And Workshops With Focus On

• Lean and Six Sigma tools
• Operational controlling
• Collaboration and communication

What makes you great

• University degree in engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
• Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within lean manufacturing.
• Strong background in supply chain management, including logistics, production planning, order management, or master data management.
• Project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and lead teams effectively.
• Team-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a cooperative environment.
• Proficient in English and Czech, with German being an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the working time.
