To support our continued growth we are looking for a
Product & Release Manager
based in Erlangen Germany.
You will bridge the gap between development, QA, marketing, and publishing, ensuring our games and updates reach players smoothly and successfully.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of builds and live services.
- Plan and execute worldwide game releases including major updates, patches, and DLCs.
- Manage submission processes for platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam.
- Work closely with marketing, community management, and external partners to optimize product positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, localization, marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines, technical standards, and age rating requirements.
- Monitor post-release performance, address potential issues, and report potential improvements for future releases.
Expected Qualifications
- Experience in product management and/or release management, ideally in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game development, publishing processes, and business models.
- Familiarity with platform certification and submission requirements (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams.
- Experience with project management tools.
- A passion for video games and an understanding of player communities.
