To support our continued growth we are looking for a

Product & Release Manager

based in Erlangen Germany.

You will bridge the gap between development, QA, marketing, and publishing, ensuring our games and updates reach players smoothly and successfully.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of builds and live services.
  2. Plan and execute worldwide game releases including major updates, patches, and DLCs.
  3. Manage submission processes for platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam.
  4. Work closely with marketing, community management, and external partners to optimize product positioning.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, localization, marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  6. Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines, technical standards, and age rating requirements.
  7. Monitor post-release performance, address potential issues, and report potential improvements for future releases.

Expected Qualifications

  1. Experience in product management and/or release management, ideally in the gaming industry.
  2. Strong understanding of game development, publishing processes, and business models.
  3. Familiarity with platform certification and submission requirements (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam).
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams.
  5. Experience with project management tools.
  6. A passion for video games and an understanding of player communities.
