What you will do

We at Volvo Construction Equipment Germany GmbH are seeking a People & Culture professional who is both curious about our journey and wants to contribute to the building of a high-performing organization focused on attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talents.

The mission of this role is to advise, challenge and support our local leaders and employees on all day-to-day P&C related issues that drive business growth and contribute to meeting business goals.

Additionally, you drive recruitment, talent and people management with focus on ensuring succession planning and people development.

Compensation related tasks and industrial relation contacts round up your exciting generalist role.

Who are you?

• A university degree in Business administration, Human Resource Management or a related field
• An ADA Certification is considered a plus
• You are a true team player, but also have the ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive and implement change
• The ability to create trustful relationships with a high level of integrity and good skills in advising people as well as a good understanding of interpersonal relationships
• You are curious and always willing to find solutions to improve processes with a future-oriented mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• A structured way of working with ability to network effectively rounds off your profile
