We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst (all gender) to join our dynamic Digital Product Engineering team within the Digital Product & Technology Development department. This position will be filled on a fulltime and permanent basis within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at our headquarters in Einbeck/Germany.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. As a Senior Business Analyst (all gender), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, and drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process models to support the implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and create business cases for potential projects.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Longstanding and proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, modeling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent or native English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from conception through delivery.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, databases, and advanced Excel skills.
