Head of Brand and Communications (m/f/d) - B2B/SaaS Focus

Your mission

We are looking for you as Head of Brand & Communications (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich, starting immediately.

As Head of Brand & Communications (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our global branding and communication strategy. The goal of the position is to develop and implement a comprehensive brand and communication strategy that strengthens a unified brand identity for yoummday, expands our public presence, and drives brand growth across various channels and stakeholders.

• Brand Strategy & Responsibility: Take full responsibility for our brand strategy – from defining our brand identity to overseeing our website and online presence. Ensure a consistent brand story across all channels and shape our appearance and messages.
• Holistic Communication Strategy: Develop a strategic, holistic approach to brand communication, focusing on investors, community growth, and PR activities. Create a vision for brand growth and its relevance that resonates with all stakeholders.
• Public Presence & Engagement: Represent yoummday at events, on stage, in podcasts, and as a brand ambassador. Bring fresh ideas from the new media scene and increase our presence across various marketing, branding, and communication channels.
• Agency Coordination: Lead and coordinate agency resources, particularly in developing our marketing strategy. Work closely with creative and content agencies to align brand visions with innovative campaigns.
• Platform & Content Management: Manage our Prismic platform and work closely with our product teams to maintain control over the website and ensure a consistent online brand presence. Build and lead a small, high-performing team for PR, social media, and digital communication.
• Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Strategically support the interface between sales, marketing, and the talent marketplace. Contribute to targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads and call center agents (Talents). Provide indirect leadership on marketing issues for the sales teams that develop and implement marketing strategies for customer acquisition. Work closely with the Talent Marketplace to align outreach and engagement strategies for recruiting Talents for yoummday.

Your skillset

• Relevant professional experience: Proven leadership experience in branding or communications, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or a marketing/PR agency.
• Trendsetter with a feel for digital innovations: Trendsetter mentality with a deep understanding of the new media landscape and emerging digital platforms.
• Confident stage presence & media experience: Experienced speaker with appearances on stages and in media.
• Adaptability & agility: Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to challenges – you like to get involved yourself.
• Experience in dynamic startup & scale-up environments: Ideally with a focus on SaaS or contact center software.
• Language skills: Fluent in both German and English, essential for effective communication in an international environment.
