Your tasks are, but are not limited to, analyzing product performances as well as delivering insightful data and analysis on how the company’s clients interact and use digital products. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Management team to provide insights on how clients are using digital products.
  • Help create and define reporting standards and insights processes for the core product teams.
  • Communicate insights and metrics to senior stakeholders regularly.
  • Perform effectiveness tests of new product releases and identify existing ones that need improving/changing.
  • Guide product strategy and prioritization for future builds.
  • Work with the Engineering teams who create data pipelines to ensure that proper dimensions and metrics are being captured and made accessible.
  • Travel to European offices may be required (estimates less than 1 week per quarter).
  • Work closely with Product Management, Finance, Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying data warehouses.
  • Experience in using Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
  • Experience in using quantitative modelling using spreadsheet and analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design.
  • Data visualization experience using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent English skills; intermediate German language skills would be an advantage.
