Manager PD EIMEA (d / f / m) - Urgently Hiring!

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct projects to deliver innovation results in alignment with business priorities
• Manage technician(s) and/or junior chemist(s)
• Design, develop, prepare, execute and support on-time commercialization of new adhesive formulations and products
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal teams, management, customers, and technical conferences
• Directly interact and communicate with external customers and respond to customer requests in a timely fashion
• Effectively work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with global PD teams
• Monitor IP landscape of responsible area(s) and develop/execute IP strategy
• Be a technical lead of assigned technology area(s) and liaison with global teams to drive technology platform development

What makes you a good fit

• PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, and Materials Science is highly preferred
• 5+ years of product development experience in the areas of adhesives, coatings, or sealants is required
• Proven track record to invent and innovate, and strong ability to design and implement experiments are needed as well as a record of successful new product development delivery
• Professional laboratory skills are essential
• The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is needed
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
