Head of Validation

A growing mixed-signal semiconductor company in Dresden is seeking a Head of Validation to join their team.

As the Head of Validation, you will have several responsibilities that include:

• Plan and coordinate all post-silicon validation, qualification, and IC package design activities.
• Take the lead on technical projects.
• Recruitment of future colleagues.
• Structuring and organization of the team and lab environment.
• Support with supply chain management.

To be considered for the Head of Validation vacancy, you must have:

• 5-10 years of experience in a management/lead position (both of people and projects).
• Good knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and digital electronics, from early concept ideas to volume production.
• Experience with scripting/programming (ideally Python).
• Previous experience in validation and lab/test automation.
• Previous experience in PCB debug, design, and development.
• Previous experience in packaging and semiconductor supply chain management is highly advantageous.

Please note that this position is 5 days per week onsite from the office in Dresden.
