Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Analyst to join our Real Estate Private Equity team in Berlin. This role will play a critical part in the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investments across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and underwriting of real estate investments across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment return sensitivities
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and materials for the Investment Committee
• Lead market research and competitive benchmarking at both asset and portfolio levels
• Coordinate due diligence efforts with third-party advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams
• Support asset management initiatives including value creation plans, lease-up strategies, and capex implementation
• Monitor asset performance and assist with investor reporting and presentations

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking (real estate coverage), or strategy/transactions teams at Big 4 or real estate advisory firms
• Strong academic background in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel and preferably Argus)
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, yield analysis)
• Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken
• Deep knowledge of the DACH real estate market with a strong understanding of macro and micro drivers
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
