To strengthen our teams in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Tübingen and Vienna, we are looking for IT Security Consultants (m/f/d) with a background in system administration, web development, pentesting, or similar.

As an IT Security Consultant (m/f/d), you will carry out attacks on web applications, mobile apps, and systems, and investigate company networks for security vulnerabilities.

We, SySS GmbH, are an IT service company focusing on IT security testing. Founded in 1998, we are now the market leader in penetration testing and employ a team of around 175 people at four locations. Our work focuses on hacking web applications and IT infrastructures for well-known customers across various industries.

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Carry out attacks on web applications, mobile apps, and systems, coordinating project courses independently in collaboration with our customers.
• Complete each project with written documentation of your security analysis.
• Advise customers on improving their internal IT security and support them with the assessment of your test results.
• Conduct workshops.
• Continuously develop your professional and technical knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in computer science, IT security, mathematics, physics, or comparable vocational training, with initial professional experience as a system administrator, web developer, or similar.
• Enthusiastic about operating systems (Linux), networks, and programming.
• Reliable with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of customer orientation.
• Very good German and good English skills; willingness to travel.
