To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on data protection, process management and the development of security policies.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) by developing and implementing suitable strategies and controls.
• Optimization and maintenance of compliance processes in accordance with current regulations and best practices.
• Developing and enforcing IT security policies to protect sensitive data.
• Regular review of processes for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Identification and minimization of IT risks through targeted measures.
• Training employees on compliance, data protection and security topics.
• Collaboration with IT, legal and operational teams to integrate compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
• Sound knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and relevant IT compliance requirements.
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT compliance and security policies.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Very good written and spoken English, German an advantage.
