Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service and Experience Cloud.
  • Supervise and mentor developers and consultants, providing guidance on development best practices, technical solution architecture, environment management, testing, and platform governance.
  • Act as Lead Developer, performing quality checks and peer reviews, and ensure alignment with other development streams.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features to enhance system capabilities.
  • Design secure and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and provide seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development, with a total of 6+ years in IT.
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, Apex, Triggers, and REST API integration.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and deployment tools such as Change Sets, Metadata, and ANT.
  • Salesforce PD1/PD2 and JavaScript Developer 1 certifications are preferred.
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based in Stuttgart or willing to relocate.
  • Immediate availability or within a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred.
