• You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration. An additional qualification as a tax consultant and/or auditor is an advantage, but not a must.
• You have gained extensive experience in the field of finance with professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility in medium-sized companies.
• You have relevant practical experience in the area of transfer pricing projects and have a strong hands-on mentality as well as precise and efficient implementation skills.
• As an entrepreneurial, strategic and analytical thinker with a strong interest in business model development, you are an ambitious driver with vision in our high-performance business environment.
• You are characterized by an appreciative management style.
• Fluency in English rounds off your profile.

Job description

Your mission

You will shape the strategic development of our medium-sized company based in Germany in the area of finance. Together with the Director Finance & Controlling, you will realize the ambitious international growth at a commercial level with a focus on our main business areas in Asia and the USA.

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and exciting:

• In your management role as a member of the Executive Board, you will be responsible for all finance and accounting in accordance with HGB and the respective national standards as well as the consolidation of all subsidiaries at holding company level.
• You will ensure the proper and continuous continuation of reporting for all Group members via KPIs and initiate appropriate steps.
• In the area of Global Transfer Pricing & Tax Management, you will ensure compliance with current legal requirements and the further development of existing processes.
• You will be responsible for accounting, risk management, treasury and the preparation and implementation of the annual business plan, including financial and investment planning.
• You will contribute your expertise to the development and implementation of the further organic and inorganic expansion strategy - including M&A activities, the establishment of new operating foreign Group companies and financial investments - and ensure that the necessary steps are carried out professionally.
• You will ensure the timely implementation of measures in the fields of performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• You are a reliable advisor and sparring partner to the CEO and shareholders as well as a confident and competent contact for external partners, such as tax consultants, tax offices, auditors and banks.
