The firm is actively seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join their esteemed Investment fund team in Luxembourg, which is an ideal opportunity if you want to pursue your career in a globally renowned firm while benefiting from a better work / life balance than most active lawyers have.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of legal monitoring and communicate your outcomes to the other lawyers and relevant divisions to guarantee their knowledge is up to date.
• You participate in organizing and delivering internal trainings and seminars in order to ensure efficient and quick information sharing.
• You will prepare notes and draft relevant briefings and policies as well as review the current procedures in place.

Profile and Career Path

• You have at least a few years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, ideally obtained in the Investment fund department.
• You have acquired experience with either AIF, UCITS or both, but are at least motivated to work on both.
• Your good organization and eye for detail is essential in the context of legal monitoring and sharing this information with fellow lawyers.
• You are passionate about the field of law and are happy to be able to provide real added value to your colleagues.
• Your excellent communication skills in English and ideally French allow you to have outstanding drafting skills.
