Role Overview:

As a Content Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assess user-generated content and ensure it adheres to platform policies. You will play a key role in enforcing content regulations, addressing user concerns, and working alongside your team to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment. Additionally, staying updated on emerging digital trends will be crucial in refining moderation approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation: Review videos, images, comments, and links to verify compliance with community guidelines and remove inappropriate material.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to platform rules across different types of content.
• User Assistance: Address user appeals and provide clear justifications for moderation decisions.
• Regulatory Adherence: Work collaboratively with your team to meet all legal and compliance requirements.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor user behavior to detect potential risks and improve moderation strategies.
• Process Enhancement: Offer feedback to enhance moderation tools and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (B2 / C1 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
• Customer support experience is preferable.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and advance in the field.
