As the CRM Campaign & Content Lead at C&A, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 FTEs, driving highly targeted campaigns aimed at both exclusive members and general subscribers. Your role will focus on creating engaging content tailored to our members and crafting compelling newsletters for a wider audience, with the goal of increasing sign-ups and fostering brand loyalty. In this leadership position, you’ll guide your team in leveraging CRM tools for segmentation and automation, while also defining communication guidelines and content strategy for our membership program to ensure messaging that resonates with customers and builds long-term relationships. Working closely with design, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams, you’ll ensure that our CRM initiatives align with C&A’s brand values and contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop a membership communication concept focused on personalized, engaging, and relevant content that strengthens customer loyalty and engagement
  • Ensure seamless communication across all customer touchpoints that inspires customers
  • Drive the creation of compelling content tailored to the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target customers
  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure all content is engaging, impactful, and customer-centric
  • Lead execution of multi-channel membership campaign management, including email newsletters, targeted offers, promotions, and personalized recommendations
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content based on customer insights and performance metrics
  • Define contact rules, set communication targets, maintain the subscriber base, and define content cadence and priorities for the email channel
  • Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and design teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns
  • Partner with data analysts and CRM systems teams to optimize performance and deliver accurate, timely communications
  • Define CRM tool requirements as business owner and collaborate with IT and service providers to establish the right infrastructure
  • Oversee CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to streamline content delivery across channels and ensure timely, relevant messaging
  • Maintain best practices for email deliverability, list segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Stay informed about industry trends, fashion developments, and emerging CRM technologies to continuously enhance content communication strategies

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or content strategy with a strong fashion or retail background, including 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in managing customer engagement campaigns, content strategy, and CRM tools/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong skills in content creation, customer segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping
  • Analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights and manage omni-channel email marketing strategies
  • Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and conflict management
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for fashion, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, results-driven mindset
