Your contribution:

  1. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats, enabling you to develop and implement robust risk management policies tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
  2. You will collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, and business units to ensure that integrated risk management practices are in place and that all compliance with security policies and relevant regulations is maintained.
  3. Additionally, you will lead incident response activities, effectively addressing and mitigating any breaches that may occur, while preparing detailed reports on risk management activities for presentation to senior management.
  4. Building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential, as you provide expert guidance on IT risk management matters.
  5. Lastly, you will stay informed about industry trends and emerging risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are continuously refined to align with the evolving landscape.

What you bring along:

  1. Several years of experience in IT risk management or cybersecurity.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  3. Certifications e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC and familiarity with compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001) are desirable.
  4. Very good German and English language skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
