Test Manager (m/f/d)

Building sensors - this is what we have specialized in over the last 20 years.

We are looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What are your main tasks?

  • Defining the test strategy and planning the tests based on the requirements and objectives of the projects
  • Planning and execution of all test phases and test cases (unit tests, integration tests, system tests, user acceptance tests)
  • Selection of test methods and techniques

Definition and implementation of appropriate test automation:

  • Management of test resources (tools, test environments, personnel if necessary)
  • Identification of potential risks and problems that can occur during testing; definition of measures to reduce risks
  • Documentation, evaluation and reporting of test results
  • Central point of contact for all test activities

What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed studies or technical training in areas such as computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
  • Practical experience and strong knowledge of software development and testing
  • Knowledge of various testing tools, frameworks and best practices
  • Analytical way of thinking and working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Interest in further training
