Business Processes (Senior) Consultant for SAP Transformation Projects (f/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As the management consultancy of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Services (BTS) supports customers in their digital transformation journey to become an Intelligent Sustainable Enterprise. A major factor for doing so successfully is to understand our customers' business and IT needs, acting as their trusted advisor for the business transformation journey.

The objective is to support our customers and transformation initiatives by:

Leading large SAP based transformation projects as program or project manager
Developing and realizing business and IT strategies within various Industries
Jointly defining roadmaps and architectures for the future IT landscape based on the latest SAP product & innovation portfolio
Working closely together with SAP product development to provide input for future SAP products

A management consultant at SAP:

Acts as trusted advisor for the customer senior management level to align transformational initiatives with SAP’s roadmap and solution portfolio
Coaches and guides customers around an SAP centric Enterprise Architecture – encompassing on premise and cloud layers
Initiates and drives SAP co-innovation initiatives from the top level
Leads business transformation projects, mainly for global companies: involving multiple teams, including consultants from different areas of expertise, regions and cultures

YOUR PROFILE

Several years of experience in SAP consulting, product management or business development
Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related discipline
Broad knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud and related solutions) and their impact on business strategies
Understanding of IT trends in combination with SAP’s latest developments (e.g. SAP’s vision of an intelligent and sustainable enterprise, SAP’s cloud solutions and their impact on business strategies)
Proven international program and/or project management experience of large SAP transformations
Familiarity with SAP’s solution portfolio
Experience in C-suite leaders communication
Excellent English and German Language skills at Certificate Level C
