THE MISSION

Lead and build on the continued success of the German subsidiary, being fully accountable for the country business results and the Franchisee, Customer and People experiences.

Do you thrive on maintaining strong relationships with current and new retailers and other Key Accounts through delivery of positive sales growth and the delivery of consistently excellence standards?

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. The Country Manager is accountable for high-level deliverables such as sales, profit, annual budgeting process, quality and food safety, and legal and labour compliance.
2. As an accountable director for the business, you will ensure the country operates in accordance with local legislation and internal company standards and policies.
3. Hold full P&L responsibility for the country and spearhead the development and implementation of the strategic and operational plans, with accountability for the achievement of short- and long-term objectives.
4. You will lead, manage and develop a team of highly talented individuals to deliver results in accordance with our Company Values.
5. Communicate regularly and effectively with all colleagues and key stakeholders.
6. Work with the central marketing team to communicate your country needs for marketing activity.
7. Implement central marketing strategic activity successfully and ensure all partners participate.
8. You will lead, motivate and inspire the franchisees.
9. You will find sufficient Partners to deliver opening plans in time to receive a minimum four-week induction period.
10. Be hands-on, passionate about the customer experience and quality of execution in kiosk by conducting regular kiosk visits, providing feedback on standards to regional managers and Partners, and setting a climate of excellence and high attention to detail.
11. Ensure that Partners achieve over 85% in quality audits, dealing with poor performance in a structured and fair way but ensuring no risk to the consumer from the products that are sold.
12. Ensure Partners make enough product to deliver optimum sales according to production plans.
13. Provide updates in various meetings to clearly articulate the performance and focuses in your countries performance.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the P&L and overall budget for Country.
2. Analyse, interpret and communicate financial and commercial information on a regular basis to assist in the evaluation of the countries business performance.
3. Regularly conduct competitor analysis to understand opportunities for competitive advantage and make recommendations for new business opportunities.
4. Participate in business reviews with the retailers and business development.

6. You are able to forge effective working relationships with people at all levels and be empathetic with the overall ethos of the company, engaging and influential at all levels of the business.
7. You have proven success in forging relationships at the highest level in organizations, and in developing profitable and complimentary strategic partnerships.
8. You are able to work independently with little guidance and you have an irreproachable sense of ethics.
9. Experience in food, retail or hospitality will be highly valued.
