To support our growth, we are looking for a Team Lead, Solution Development.

Description:

The successful candidate will understand the Ultimus product and internal software development standards. The candidate will primarily work within the Ultimus Professional Services Team and will be responsible for leading the Software Engineers within the Ultimus Professional Services department. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering business-critical projects by managing the team & day-to-day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advised by Ultimus Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business requirement gathering & documentation
• Moderate the solution creation process, coordinate agile development of the solution and liaise between solution team and Solution Facilitator
• Oversee the technical architecture of the solution
• Manage the solution team to design, develop and implement solutions
• Monitor and report to IT and user/customer management on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
• Develop solutions using Ultimus technologies
• Minimum 5 years experience in Software development & minimum 1 year experience in Team management.
• Mid-level software engineer
• Expertise in .Net technologies, especially in ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET)
• Expertise in SQL & Oracle
• Expertise in web development tools

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication & technical documentation writing skills are required for this job, so the person must be fluent in English
• Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities
• Ability to find, understand and resolve complex problems
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem spotting and fixing capabilities
• The person should be a good team player and should be confident enough to take initiative and work independently & manage the team as well
