Your role
- Provide organisational, legal and administrative assistance and support to the legal service, the legal advisors and the University (internal customers). Actively contribute to the legal team priorities and support to the users.
- Gather information, research the law, prepare opinions and legal documents. Manage legal files, as well as contracts. Ensure the development of legal documentation, preparation, and validation of all kinds of agreements and legal documents, in accordance with the laws and regulations and in line with UL requirements.
- Contribute to decision making, add value to the organization and facilitate the achievement of objectives as well as safeguard the legal position and reputation of the University of Luxembourg, ensuring legal compliance.
- Collect and edit information and files relative to legal issues.
- Provide general assistance to the legal team and the University Community regarding legal requests.
- Draft correspondence, individual agreements and responses.
- Handle the signature processes, post mails, and archiving of legal documents.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in law or equivalent by work expertise.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in contract drafting and use of contract databases.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French (German and Luxembourgish would be an advantage).
- A strong team spirit complemented by the capacity for independent work, along with problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Open minded, with ability to integrate in a fast changing and very international environment.
