JOIN OUR TEAM AS(SENIOR) ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Account Manager who enjoys communication, teamwork and, above all, enjoys their job and has a firm grip on everything with this positive energy.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager/Account Director, Strategic Planning and the Creative team. Your strength and responsibility lies in managing clients, projects and teams to deliver the best possible work within budget and on time.

  • You will be responsible for the project management of strategic campaigns in “daily business”; i.e. writing briefings, managing and monitoring processes, timings and budgets, client communication and more
  • You are the contact person for the customer and build up a good and close customer relationship with them
  • You receive the customer's requests, analyze them and are responsible for the further process up to completion
  • You have experience with the production of omnichannel campaigns
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Degree in marketing, communications, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Fluent in German and written and spoken English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational customer consulting, ideally with retail or lifestyle brands or in a comparable agency
  • Experience in project management of brand campaigns, TV productions and social media appearances
  • Enthusiasm for brands, people and trends
  • Excellent project management skills and very good understanding of processes
  • Team player with the ability to motivate a team and achieve goals
  • Good organization, an eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented and well-structured approach to projects
