Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company based in Landshut, Germany. Specializing in magnetic sensing technologies, they develop cutting-edge Hall-effect sensor solutions for the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire a Technical Marketing Director to lead their Hall Sensor product line globally.

Position Overview

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll define the market approach, guide product development, and engage directly with key customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge and continues to deliver value through advanced sensor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy for Hall-effect sensors
• Lead market positioning and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Product Management to develop the product roadmap
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Create technical sales tools and training materials for global teams
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies
• Support pricing, forecasting, and profitability planning
• Work with MarCom to develop impactful technical marketing content

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar (MBA is a plus)
• 10+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or business development in the semiconductor or sensor industry
• Solid technical understanding of Hall-effect sensor technologies and their applications
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Comfortable working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
• Fluent in English; German or Mandarin is a plus
• Experience in global business environments preferred
