Your tasks:

• You will lead and coordinate a team of 8 developers.
• Your specialty is providing technical support and expertise for the development of embedded software solutions in vehicle electronics systems.
• You ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in the development process.
• Close collaboration with other areas such as hardware engineering, product management, and quality assurance is an essential part of your job.
• You will identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in the field of vehicle software to promote innovative solutions.
• As a liaison to customers and OEMs, you analyze requirements, offer technical advice, and present solution concepts.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in engineering, automotive engineering, or a similar field.
• You have at least ten years of professional experience in the development of embedded software in the automotive sector, including several years of experience in team leadership.
• You have proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• You also have in-depth knowledge of common programming languages and development tools for embedded systems.
• You have experience with various software development processes and methods, such as agile software development or the V-model, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a high level of self-motivation.
• You are fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing.
